Great video, I want to say that when a customer rings up for Plumbing, do you have a smaller firm that you can ring up and they can go out and do the work and then it means that your customer is kept happy very hard work Got to see the staff are kept happy as well. Well done.

Hi pal, we cut the video abit short, we offered the customer two different plumbers but he declined. That being said if I feel a customer will be difficult or add additional pressure to the office team / engineers then I will let them go. The jobs hard enough as it is 👊🏻

Im a self employed gas engineer from west yorkshire, working alone at the moment as work is not consistant.. Could you go into how you bring in more customers. Great video, i know you touched on marketing. Maybe more indepth in a future video.. realy enjoying the channel! Keep up the good work.
