Daily Recap December 28th 2024

I had a lazy night as Nurse T worked and she said Jer was up partying 4-7:30am. I was fast asleep. He looked so quiet and peaceful by the time I woke up. The boys got some shopping time thanks to cyber aunt Kathleen and Jer wanted to play with everything except for his toys. It was a warm day so we enjoyed an hour long walk,ending it with a sweet treat courtesy our neighborhood icecream truck. I kept getting in Jer’s way but he never ran me over. I was so proud. Y’all he had super sonic senses once I opened my chips. Lord my baby really wanted mine instead but it was too hard. Baby steps and safety first. Thank you cyber aunt Leslie for his winter boots, they are perfect. Jer talked up a storm all day. After reading he refused to write or draw. He then let us know he was not sorting or counting his tiny dinosaurs tonight. In my mind, I’m like ok he understands all of this, why was he so uninterested in his gifts or just acts clueless to some stuff. Sheesh. Today we pray that you lean not on your own understanding, and that you stop getting in your own way!
