just put it all on low. 60 fps with all low settings seems fine for me. the loading circle thing seems to be a widely known issue that doesn't currently have a fix rn.

got lucky when i was messing around with the fusion tab, got commanders touch and another skill early TT. Got insane breaks, had 48k power and just did trial and error (maybe 10 times?) before i won, All about bringing breakers (ex. Jinho) and learning his attacks to get shadow step
