Both my kids had/have Docbands due to torticollis and positioning in the womb. The PT that goes along with it too. It takes extra time/effort of course but it’s definitely doable and worth it!

My husband works/makes cranial helmets, very common so don't be intimidated. Be consistent with wearing it~ her head will be nice and round in no time!! Just curious ~ having my third baby in a few weeks...her first name will be Olivia ~ struggling with a middle...any advice on one??
