Hey Hitomi ❤️❤️ i was wondering if you could talk about how to ask your friends for more (platonic) physical touch such as hugs, holding hands and cuddles? I’m holding myself back even though I often feel touch starved as a single woman living alone. One of my love languages is physical touch and it’s really important for me. I do hug my friends when we see say hi and goodbye or to comfort each other if someone’s feeling upset or to congratulate. Do you have any advise on this? Btw I’m queer and I have a fear that my friends think interpreted my need wrongly even though they are fully acceptant of my sexuality.
