A Delightful Morning in the Embrace of the Mountains 🌄
This morning, as the golden sun shone brightly over the mountains, my father began his day with love and care for our herd of cows. 🐄 My mother, with kindness, prepared grains and food for our chickens, roosters, and ducks. 🐔🐥
I ventured deep into the forest to find our beautiful sheep that my father had released into the meadow that morning. 🌿 I decided to take them grazing in the pasture and mountains, hoping to share joyful and delightful moments with them. With branches and leaves from the forest trees, I prepared a tasty meal for them. The sound of my sheep’s bells echoed across the fields, filling my heart with joy and happiness. 🔔💖
A gentle, cool breeze was blowing through the mountains, and I decided to head towards the stunning mountain river to catch some fish for our family lunch. 🎣 I dreamed of preparing delicious grilled fish today.
Upon reaching the river, the soothing sound of water crashing against the rocks welcomed me, while the cool breeze under the shade of the trees brought a strange sense of peace to my soul. 🌊 I caught a few trout from the river and headed back home. 🐟
I cleaned and washed the fish. As always, my father lit the firewood to prepare hot coals for grilling. 🔥 I rubbed a mixture of turmeric and pepper over the fish to give them a vibrant color and delightful flavor. Then, I sliced a fragrant lemon in half and sprinkled it over the fish so its taste would penetrate deeply into the meat. 🍋
Meanwhile, I added a little water to some local smoked rice and placed it over the hot coals to steam. 🍚 Then, I placed the fish on a grilling rack and sliced some tomatoes to add beside the fish for extra flavor. 🍅
I sprinkled some grated onions, which I had squeezed out the juice from, over the fish and pierced them with a thin stick from a tree so that the flavors of onion, lemon, and spices would infuse deep into the fish. 🧅 Finally, I placed the fish on the grilling rack over the coals to cook perfectly. The aroma of freshly grilled fish alongside local smoked rice created a delightful atmosphere in the mountains. 🌟
