I used to be so bad at screenshots of everything! It got better after I started using the Notes app on my ipad and sharing a link with a brief blurb in it describing why I was saving the video, website or picture. My photo library doesn’t get so junked up now with miscellaneous photos I don’t remember why I took and I can actually take action on the tidbit of info I was interested in without having to wrack my brain trying to figure out the clue. I do still take some screenshots, but it’s far fewer now.

I would stop reading any book that puts me in that headspace. Books like that are not enjoyable, they cause negative emotions, etc. I give you permission to ditch that book.

Thank you! I think it’s important to read books like this. Just not for long periods, which is why I finished it yesterday 😀
