Grow broccoli sprouts! Super easy in a jar with a water soak to start and water rinse then drain, per day for 5-8 days. Very helpful and only need to eat a small amount (small handful or quarter cup loose ) give it a try ! ❤

Great example girl! To use your own example on a more macro level, as a medical metaphor, sometimes autoimmune illnesses are hard to pinpoint (aka what does this download pertain to, Effect), then it’s kinda like trial by intuitive elimination… 🤔 is it that, no that doesn’t feel right, is it this, no that doesn’t feel right either, ohhh it’s that other thing, now that feels right (Cause). Then, if you’re connected to the Divine (person of integrity who believes in something bigger than themselves), boom, a sign or synchronicity appears to alert u that trusting yourself was correct (Divine intervention). *In case this helps anyone, I’ll give a simple example… A couple weeks ago I spilt a full glass of water all over something precious to me. Instead of getting mad cuz that wound is healed; I went through the list, was I in a hurry, no, was I being careless, no, was I distracted, no; then why would this happen (again it was something precious to me so I knew there had to be a reason)? Ohhh I see, I was done (no drops left in that glass) giving my precious time and energy to something that represented water ☺️, so I Listened to Divine intervention and moved in a new direction. *You r wonderful Michelle! And I guess you’re right, my stable emotions are meant to be involved within my co-creations. They’ll be better cuz of it 💓. And, Teamwork (with the Right people) really does make the Dreams Work 🤩

I have autoimmune issues as well and magnesium is very important! Magnesium glycinate is what works best for me. I've been taking magnesium for probably about 9 years now! I have lupus and fibromyalgia 😢! Today is the second anniversary since my husband passed away very suddenly 😢! My last two years have been hellish ! I'm ready for 2025🎉! Michelle, I also have struggled with autoimmune issues with food allergies, and Magnesium was always deficient… turns out that it is Hashimoto’s and getting on dessicated thyroid has given me my life back. TSH values were never out of range, but a host of symptoms… worth checking the thyroid and know hypothyroidism is under-diagnosed, quite common.

My autoimmune is Hashimoto’s and I’ve had it for about 30 years now. I wish more doctors treated symptoms instead of just whether the TSH was in range. One of my doctors is an immunologist and she treats symptoms, thankfully. I’m glad you have your symptoms under control!!

It’s amazing how differently it impacts us. My mom and sister both had/have it but their symptoms were not like mine. I tried the alternate to Synthroid you mentioned and it did nothing for me. Synthroid works well for me. I wish there was more research on all of this. It’s why I started delving into medical astrology.

When someone says autoimmune I immediately think dont forget to check for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome/Disorder (MCAS/MCAD). New and rapidly evolving field - it's not just histamine anymore. It can really complicate a health journey. Made sense of many sporadic things occurring over my life. Maybe not relevant for you but a box to check.

The weekly tarot readings by zodiac sign pick up on the more detailed impact to the collective that resonates with that sign. When I do my readings I set the intention based on whether I’m reading for the entire collective or a specific sign. I hope that helps!
