You can eat those foods on the new plan, they just cost you more points. Btw, I think your hair is adorable. I can't pull off short hair because of my curly very frizzy hair. Keep doing what you are doing, you are doing great.

The new plan doesn't seem to be encouraging you to eat healthy. That's what I love about WW is that you just have to count your points and favor balanced meals. That's why you're craving so much. What you're eating is out of balance. that's why you're gaining and losing too. Not to mention in the beginning the weight comes off easily because there is a lot to lose. Unfortunately towards the end one has to be even more strict and the weight comes of slowly. You have a lot less to lose.

Great job on the 5k time even though you were hurting a bit! Boo, for possibly being sick...hope you get better! I am also a creature of habit as well. When I find something that I like, I stick with it....for days! lol Hey, whatever works...right?? lol haha LOVE the kid music! Sometimes I think I might lose my mind with the kiddy tunes I have to listen to day in and day out...I know you feel my pain! haha Don't get down on yourself! You're doing great! Keep it up!

oohh ok :0) The points don't seem bad to me for everything I've looked up so far, BUT I didn't know the points on the old program and something jumping up 1-4 points, even if our points went up isn't very reassuring LOL

Do you have the old food slider to count points if you went back? I have not been losing weight consistently, so I have considered going back to the old momentum plan as well... Not going to at this point but it is frustrating when your not losing what you think you should.

We listen to the same kinda music - around kids :P Why can't you eat all of those things on the new program?? I'm new to WW but I've seen others eating them and I thought they were on the new program. Just has me curious.

@djbrec I dont have the old slider, but i do have a Iphone app that has the old points calculator. :)

@toocute2befat We can eat that stuff, but it costs SO many pooints that i would be so hungry if i did, so i try to eat different now.
