True that. A monotonous routine can easily make one bored and depressed. Plus I feel like canadas weather also plays a role in feeling this way. In Pakistan right now we are also feeling this way in winters having an activity apart from routine is so so necessary.

I would suggest going to the gym as part of your routine. People think its only for physical fitness but its actually even better for your mental health. Especially in the winters, gyming is a good activity coz you cant do much else. You guys can go together as it will be more fun and motivating.

He is working in the projects side of the engineering company now as opposed to production/manufacturing job he was doing before. This is why he can work from home :)

Hi, thanks for sharing beautiful advices along the video... just curious and please feel free not to share if you are not comfortable, you said you both work remote from home. Moving to Canada next month, need to understand what type of jobs one can apply for and which websites to find such work from home setting.

work from home ki jobs dhoondno parti hain. kuch roles hote hain work from home ek company main to dusry main wohe roles nahe hote. to yeh thra luck based b hai. customer services ya management k roles usually bht ziada in person effort nae mangte to they CAN be remote. baki jo b job remote hoti hai wo clearly likhte hain k yeh remote hai

@@BillionHobbies actually my intend was to know about wake up and sleep routine is that we are moving from Dubai , and mostly we sleep here in mid night and wake up around 10 , and our life has settled according to ths routine , thing I wanted to ask that in Canada it’s same or not As i watched the video u guys woke up early in morning , so for that you should have to sleep early , is this common in Canada to sleep early and woke up early like usually in Pakistan our routine is sleep early and woke up , or you guys are specifically following this routine according to ur need
