Hi April! So I have been using my body bugg too and I have also been listening to these awesome podcasts called fat2fit radio on my iPhone the first 25 are just promos but I have been catching up from like 25 to now I'm on like 60, they are free and give awesome advice. I changed the way I eat, I calorie count with my bodybugg but I use the method they talk about I set my body bugg for maintenance for my goal weight, so my body will adjust naturally to that weight by itself. I never feel hungry

I'm sooo impressed with your calorie burns! That's nuts. The most I think I ever got on my bodybugg was like 3200!

Excellent 5k time. I am still at about 50 minutes. As I lose more weight I hope to get faster and then actually compete in a 5k. I agree about the weekends. Friday night and Saturday or definitely the hardest days for me.

lol Damn that stupid old TOM. I hate it too. I also hate when my daily routine gets screwed up....ugh. You'll get through it! Nice work at the gym! Its always a great accomplishment when you push yourself through a workout. I'm the same way with how I dress day to day....although I think you guys see that in my vlogs. I'm always in a tshirt and a hoodie! haha lol I like your glasses! So cute! I hope going to the other plan works for you. Can't hurt to give it a try, right?
