@@sherin6138 the recipe is quite simple.boil 4 big tomatoes+ garlic,if u want spicy than red chilli as well,grind it properly.heat the pan and add oil, sausages,fry until brown.remove them and then add the tomato paste,to ato ketchup and i add little bit of ragu pasta sauce,u get in standard plating here in darjeeling,add pasta seasoning,that's it.cook ur pasta al dante and add to ur sauce and enjoy 😋
