Lots of stitch marketing. At the parks I think Winnie the Pooh, Stitch are the biggest sellers. Besides the mouse. Who would have thought a story based on a tiny island chain in the pacific largely empty of people would be so popular?

Yeah, loads of Stitch marketing! I'm not saying that I don't like Stitch, but it just surprises me that he is so popular. Ah, you can't beat the original mouse, though, right? Lilo and Stitch is one of the few Disney films I've only watched once. X

@@mercerfamily4444 there is at least 1 more movie. And there was a tv series at some point. I think the draw is a few things to the movie merchandise. 1. Lilo is a child and no romance. 2. She is not Caucasian. 3. Stitch is not an animal but an alien. 4. Stitch misbehaves. No self regulation. What’s not to love about that? 5. They still live! Her and her sister are native Hawaiians. And they threw in some of the culture and language and made them look authentic.

@kristinesharp6286 I don't think I know of the tv series. You are 100% right. Listing all of those, I can see why it appeals to so many. Fun for kids and adults alike 😊 I do like the music from the film, I just haven't seen it enough, probably. X
