Hey Rach! I was on the hair growth journey at the beginning of the year and I consistently take vital proteins collagen everyday and it truly made my hair/nails extremely healthy. I have such acne prone skin and something I always look out for in products is added fragrance! It is usually not a good sign for my skin if a product "smells good" lol

I’ve had acne literally my whole life and the biggest game changer is the Aztec clay mask! It kind of has a cult following but for good reason. It’s strong and will make ur face red but it goes down after a little. When I’m dealing with crazy breakouts, I do it every night until the breakout subsides. You can mix it with water or ACV. I do a teaspoon ACV and a teaspoon of the clay mixture and put it on for 12 minutes and it does wonders

Acne is suuuuper common when coming off birth control (almost expected) due to the increase in testosterone, you just have to give it time to level out :) DIM supplements are great for post BC acne as well if you ever want to look into them!
