Ya'll, really cool video but still. It's 48 hours with Jorge! Not talk about shoes for a bit and then go because you're scared of a hangboard! I feel like we missed SO much of Jorge's life and climbing processes. So much opportunity of other things that could have been covered. What does he usually eat for lunch/breakfast/dinner? How does he cook? What are his main sources of income? What does he do when not climbing/traiing. Where are his friends? How long are his training/climbing sessions generally. What exactly IS his hangboarding routine? Where does he walk his dog? Where is his shower? We didn't even see him walk his dog once! I want a 48 hour long video! Not 20 minutes, lol

The explosive pull-ups are NOT CrossFit pull-ups. They are explosive pull-up. With no kip/swing/momentum you pull all the way through and try to get the body as high as possible. Only 2-3 reps per set because it is massively muscle consuming!
