Love the breakdown! Flasgship's and Flagship LV's have been my go-to shoes for a while now. Ordered some Souped Up's direct from Unparallel, and unfortunately thanks to conversion and shipping+import fees these came to roughly $385CAD which is only like $5 or $6US, but still.. A LOT for a pair of climbing shoes. Really hope they feel as different as I expect them to, since a shoe this soft isn't exactly something I currently have in my lineup!

I'm sure they are excellent shoes but with this price...they are also a good advertisement for the DragoLV (which are also easier to resole, at least here in Italy)

I am from europe and unparallel is around the price you mentioned: 180 euro. Which is among the most expensive shoes. I am currently on holiday in Hong Kong and here they sell for 1300hkd which is 140 euro. But you get 30% off. Huge price difference. I bought a pair

Would love to get the souped up as I have the flagship and it was just so so good on toe hooks, smear, edge, overhangs, the heels however was a nightmare fit for me, they were just so baggy for my foot shape compare to the front part of the shoes which was a snug fit. Can heel hooks to save my life

The tension is higher on the souped up, but the heel cup has a slightly looser fit.

I dont understand unparallel pricing for less i can get a fancy pair of italian made shoes . Meanwhile my flagships had quality issues like the pull tags coming off. Think i will stick with scarpa / la sportiva.

Sadly that was a rather poor review of a great product, I really think that to so a comprehensive review of such a performance shoe then it needs to be put through its paces by those capable of doing that. The climbing showed in the video could have been done in pretty much any shoe available. Tomoa was there, and was that ryuchi crimping his way up something? Would have been better to hear their thoughts.

Sadly, this isn't their channel. I think she made a decent review. This review was meant to come from a casual to enthusiastic climber. Its her review of the shoe. If they wanted tomoa to review the shoe they would have done so. But that opinion would be from a professional level climber, I don't think neither you or i are national level climbers so we whatever their opinions are might not benefit us as much.

I mean she sport climbs 7c+ and could boulder 7C and higher if she wanted to. I recon she climbs hard enough, and certainly better than most 🤷‍♂️ just my opinion :)
