1:33 that's probably not a very large banana, and is instead probably a plantain. Plantains are kind of like somewhere between banana and potato, and they're really good when you fry them up. Green plantains have high starch content and low sugar content, and as they turn yellow, and then black, the balance reverses and black plantains have less starch and more sugar.
