That suggests that cyn probably accepts the AS's control and possibly helps it achieve its goals. From ep7 we see the AS talking to N from uzi's body as if it is cyn speaking. Cyn/AS mentions how she likes N's personality in ep7. From ep5 we find that the AS has emotional connections to some characters, and cyn has a fear of being disposed of. Clearly suggests a harmony between the AS and cyn
