Needlessly blaring their sirens at a public place for no reason is noise pollution and the officers who did it should be treated and ticketed as a public nuisance. I hope at the very least the owner of that restaurant lodges a complaints against the department for harassing their guests using their presence as a deterrent for current and waiting guests who are only trying to order and enjoy their dinner. Honestly, with all the video footage I believe that restaurant owner has a legitimate lawsuit against that municipality for costing them present and future revenue fo tyrannically harassing guests who are patronizing his establishment with intimidation and noise by weaponizing their sirens with an unreasonably large police presence that blocked entrances so people will not patronize his establishment. In the process they also harassed the employees who had to work through all of the noise and drama the police brought on a busy night. Using intimidation to harass his guests will most certainly cost him future revenue from those who don't want to deal with a restaurant where police are posted outside harassing people. This is a classic case of tyrannical cops that were butthurt because people did not obey their unlawful orders retaliating by abusing their authority with total disregard for the owner of the property and anyone else in the vicinity. .
