Yeah, he wasn't being a dick or trying to punish him. He was just trying to enforce the noise limit laws to protect the community and he did it in a way to help him understand that he was breaking it. Even when he asked the guy recording to get back on the sidewalk, he was still exceedingly polite and respectful. You could tell he just wanted everyone to be safe. The fact he took the time to show him displayed that he really knew what he was doing and believed what he was doing was right. He did his job effectively but never disrespected anyone and was very reasonable while carrying himself in a professional manner. This is what a real police officer looks like.

A Canada license makes no sense unless you are driving only on a day of the month that is a prime number. With the Canadian license, on non-prime days, you can drive in reverse anytime. As you can see, our laws are designed to make total sense (if you're on meth).

@@boosteroids rewatch, he was walking to his car and the guy grabbed his arm within a millisecond of making the request. In CA that is defined as assault. Police can not touch someone who is complying.
