Hey Pastor Rick . I wanted to tell you I'm a thankful. Five years ago my wife led me to you . She would send me a sermon every morning from you. I really mean it man you saved my life. I follow God now. I'm a true believer Jesus died for our sins.I'm thankful Jesus came and taught us and never sin. He died and was risen from the dead. He healed people and restored sight and hearing helped people get up and walk. It's so amazing he did this and we had witnesses that seen this. Pastor, I have been blessed through your sermons on KZbin for 5 years now. Sometimes I listen to two or three of your sermons a week. To be honest, your every sermons touches every my blind spots I need to know and improve. It inspired, encouraged and lifted/leveled me up in loving and serving God. We are made in the image of God. A God who is love, but also holy & just...but we are not, we are sinners. Sin must be justly punished or God would not be holy nor just. The wages of our sin is death and the judgement for the unrepentant, unregenerate, & unforgiven is eternal punishment in Hell. ⠀ But God loves us and made a way for us to be reconciled to Him by sending his eternal son Jesus, truly God, to take on human flesh (truly man) by being born of a virgin, and live a sinless life, yet die for our sins - suffering the wrath of God in our place. ⠀ We broke God's laws, but Jesus paid our penalty; His righteousness before God imputed to us. Jesus rose from the dead on the third day, fulfilling the scriptures, proving He is the son of God & offers the gift of eternal life to whosoever repents & believes. ⠀ Salvation cannot be earned Jesus is the only way to Heaven You must be born-again
