I remember the Holy Spirit guiding me to have quiet time so I could hear His voice. So the next morning, on my early commute to work, I turned off the radio and listened for whatever He had to say. It was a season of working 14 hour days so it was still dark and there were hardly any cars out at that hour. At the second traffic light I heard a quiet voice say, "Don't go" when my green arrow came on to turn left. I didn't go, but as soon as I finished questioning what I believed I heard, a semi came hurling through. He'd blown a red light. I would have had all the impact on my side. Thank you God for your protection, for allowing us to communicate with you, for saving my life over and over again. Praise to You oh Lord!

This message about the seeds is so relevant! Life is like that; demanding, distracting, distressing, it can literally overtake all your good intentions. I know when I get up early and spend time in Gods word I’m learning to listen - it feels like God is speaking to me! Sometimes I want to rush because trying to focus and absorb the message takes time; but seeds of truth need time to grow. There is one immediate reward for sure. The peace that passes understanding definitely fill my soul. God is so faithful He will lead us on …. Thank you again, Pastor Rick! Amen 🙏

I have wanted SO BADLY to connect with God and just...idk, have the experience that everyone else seems to get to have. Guess I've been through so much in my life that it caused hardness. I don't want that. I have sought God constantly over the past few years I guess I just wasn't doing it in the right way

@@perfectblindguy cherry picking one verse without considering it through the lens of scripture as a whole is a great mistake people like you have. Jesus died on the cross not only for the Jews but for all humankind. If what you said is true then why did Paul preached that gentiles are also saved?

@@KoujiMusick Yes Paul was a Jew, but how do you know God sent him to preach to the Gentiles? Also, Paul and Jesus taught two completely different plans of salvation. The assumption is that Paul was telling the truth but we have no way of proving it. All i can do is give you the words of Jesus: I have come to save the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
