Love this format ! Short but in each videos there are interesting things to learn, easy to rewatch it. On top of that the montage is really clean and pleasant to watch ! 私はベトナム人です。ベトナムに住んでいた時風邪ひいたのが良くありました。その時は欠かせない食べ物はお粥です。でも、お粥に入ってる材料は赤紫蘇です。そうです。ベトナムは風邪ひく時とか熱が出る時などよく使うのは赤紫蘇です。日本に来てから本当に赤紫蘇見たことないです。青紫蘇だけ売っていますね。あとは体調が悪い時吐き気する場合もあります。そういう時は私は赤紫蘇とショウガを入れてお湯を5分ぐらい沸かして飲みます。本当に役に立ちます。 ちなみに先生の声と容姿が本当に穏やかと感じます。😊😊😊
