That doesn't even make sense if you think about it. Couldn't they BOTH be moving? Also, to say something is "moving" means that it's moving in reference to some inertial frame. There is no absolute frame of reference that is "stationary." A really helpful way to think about what is happening with the Earth is that it's rotating, it's orbiting the sun, the sun and spiral arms of our galaxy are rotating around it's center.
