Why be careful? I've been here for 7 years and it is a very peaceful and welcoming country. I do travel and spend time in Saudi, made umrah twice, work in a university in Saudi teaching medical students. I'm very busy in and out of Pakistan. Of course, I go back home to see my 3 older children and my grandchildren. Don't worry about me. I'm a trained American police officer, as well.
