I am a women and running a dairy farm as well. I know that dairy industry has too much corruption in its production and supply. The gap of one lac litters of demand and supply is fulfilling by adding water, dry and sweet milk, and some more artificial additives. Unfortunately this is unstoppable corruption. We daily watch the cars loaded with unhygienic milk on multan road, band road etc and these vehicles unload the milk through out the lahore city. Shop keepers wait on roads for the delivery of such milk. We daily witness such corruption but still can't stop them.

In the second test the milkoscan machine was shown with sample of milk in tube, on a closeup of the camera there was a clear water layer on top of white milk.either the milk had curdled or it was centrifuged before testing on milkoscan. The results could be erratic.

It's a serious matter. It should be presented in a serious manner. At 1:46, water content is 87% already. What does 31% water mean at 3:32 ? The data slip was not interpreted or presented properly. 87+31 = 118%. I am guessing now: 100-87=13% of which 4% is fat, so we are left with 13-4=9%. If 31% refers to 9% remainder then we get 0.31x9=2.79% of entire content, taking the total water content to 87% + 2.79% = 89.79%. My guess could be wrong. This is why slip contents should have been presented in the right manner.
