I hope this post finds you well. I hope your anxiety has gotten better. No it's absolutely no fun. Mine gets debilitating, and I always throw myself into a panick. Praying and asking the holy Spirit to enter my heart and wrap me in love has helped me so much. IDK why I wrote you tbh but I'm in the middle of it right now and I'm trying to occupy my mind I guess.
