Great video always nice to brush up on the basics, when i was a beginner i used to just fetch data and display it with no suspense because the api was fast. Now as an advanced next user i realize how important UX is also in bad internet cities haha

This is very good, thank you. It has taken me quite a while to get my head around best data fetching practices in NextJS.

Hello brother. May you make a video on handling role base access control with nextjs but use a seperate backend ?

Hello, i've never used server actions, I proceed with axios and react query to fetch from api and I can easily display a loading skeleton using react query. Is it better with server actions or it wont speed up ?
@zorrobasher2947Ай бұрын
If you use React Query, especially for loading, should you choose isLoading or Suspense in that case?

can u plz make a video of how to show a loading spinner for example when an image is loading? when u put the image inside suspense this wont help..im taking about if the images are static

You don't have to use "use server" in file where your fetching function is. Just saying
@muhammadsalmanalfarisi1735Ай бұрын
it helps to differentiate functions when you have too many files
@domson_0478Ай бұрын
@@muhammadsalmanalfarisi1735 No no no. "use server" functions are meant to be called from the client. You add another layer of abstraction when you mark functions or file "use server" as only ones used on the server. For that you should use "server only" package from npm
