Nice stuff, I have tried them on locally at the Dainese Store near me. They cost more than my first car and motorcycle combined! :-)

Thanks for the feedback! The price does certainly give pause, but you are getting a lot of jacket. What did you think of the Antartica when you tried it on?
@thehexter14 жыл бұрын
@@Championhelmets It had a nice fit and not as heavy as the Klim Badlands Pro but more expensive. Looking for more of a warm weather set up that isn't a mesh type jacket of which I own a couple. BTW, what are you able to sell and ship to the USA now? Was going to buy the Shoei J-Cruise 2 from you but was told you are not able to ship Shoei products to the USA.
@Championhelmets4 жыл бұрын
@@thehexter1 That's fair enough, the Antartica is designed with a greater focus on touring instead of adventure riding which will make it a bit lighter than the Badlands Pro. We are currently able to ship to the USA, but Shoei no longer allows us to sell their helmets in the US. Thanks for the reply! If you have any further questions, we're always happy to help

Only 3 vents, this is going to be toasty for summer. For similar price, you can get Klim, Rev it goretex pro with 8 vents.

Though the Antartica is designed for full-season riding, it is geared more towards cooler weather, especially with its 700 fill goose down thermal liner. However, for something that will offer more ventilation, the Klim Kodiak or the Revit Poseidon 2 GTX are strong alternatives with more vents spaced around the jacket. Thanks for the comment! Besides ventilation, what are your thoughts on the Antartica jacket?
@sukhoi37474 жыл бұрын
@@Championhelmets I only had tried the jacket at local store. Beefy and good quality jacket. If they make 2 more vents on the arms, they will be in my shopping list.
@Championhelmets4 жыл бұрын
@@sukhoi3747 That's fair enough, and the lack of arm vents seems to be a consistent pain point as far as the Antartica jacket goes. Thanks for the reply!

exquisita chaqueta , y una buena idea , solo la chaqueta y la parca , así llegas donde sea y te la sacas y no quedas desnudo ... lo puedes hacer con cualquier otra y escoges una parca de buena calidad y que te guste y chimpun ......

Good review. How do those Tizip zippers work?
@Championhelmets4 жыл бұрын
Tizip zippers are among some of the best weatherproofing zippers currently available. Manufactured by a German company, these Tizip Masterseal zippers use a mix of taped seams, precision sliders, and a special seal at either end to prevent water leaking into the zipper or the vent that it keeps closed. Thanks for the question!

The Antartica shows a lot of innovation, but it definitely does come at a price. Thanks for the comment! What are your thoughts on the Dainese jacket?

Will this jacket be good for fall season riding?
@Championhelmets4 жыл бұрын
Since the Antartica is geared slightly more towards colder rides, it will also be fine for riding in the autumn. Its versatility and waterproof construction will also come in very handy. Thanks for the question!

when you compare all those jackets(dainese,revit,rukka) to Klim Badlands for instance which 1160euro they are very poorly designed for that premium price they ask 1400++++. Firstly the wents they have none on arms , the arm adjuster only those snaps(crap), deatacheable collar on zip, meanwhile KLIM is going opposite way there is only one way for me: klim Badlands suite

I feel you...I also ordered the Badlands 2 days ago because I don´t like the vent ;)

@@2wheels1adventure23 true man. I do change a lot between Spain, Benelux, Eastern Europe and simply Klim do it all, Now Touratech Rambler is very good too.
