i made one of these and it was amazing. i didnt have any of the stiffening material, so i didnt use any except for some felt in the strap and felt between the inner main piece and the outer piece. it turned out ok!! Amazing and easy to follow tutorial

Hi Yoan. Love this little wallet, however I used Decovil light throughout and I think that was a mistake. When you trim the card slots you are inadvertently putting interfacing in the bottom seam allowance. My first one came out very thick in the seams. Would you recommend using woven fuse throughout? Thanks so much.

you should use decovil light or the stabilizer for the exterior piece (panel 4) only, and fusible woven interfacing for the interior (pocket) pieces, (as per what the pattern called for) to avoid too much bulk, if it's still too bulky for your machine, you may cut the stabilizer a bit smaller maybe cut it 5.5" x 4" instead so it won't get in the way when final topstitching. Thanks.
