The cornstarch in this recipe is completely useless as it wasn't heated up before. I would've brought the coconut milk to a simmer, added the cornstarch, cooked it for a minute and then added it to the filling once it was room temp! That would work better I believe.

ok so i just finished making it so i have a few pointers dont use a blender use a food prosser what they used and also use one half cup of lime juce and if you dont have coconut butter you can skip it just use more coconut milk only a little more but over all it is a great reccipe um yeah and you cannot taste the avacado it is just great i love it and you will to so just make it is great you will like it i prommess so make it already i hope this was helpful

you should definitly make it it is verry close and tastes amazing i made it for my moms birthday who is on a diet and i thought i would be like yum you can have the rest turns out i got addictad to it um but yeah you should try it sorry for my bad spelling but i hope you enjoy it.

what is key lime zest/juice? is it lime zest/juice

The juice (liquid) from a fruit or vegetable. In this case the juice is the liquid and the rest is tiny peelings from the outside of the fruit or vegetable.

Key Limes are a specific type of lime. They are smaller and sweeter than regular limes, and have a stronger flavor. You can use regular limes in any recipe that asks for Key Limes, but it won't taste as good.

a key lime is a smaller lime and a bit bitter then a lime you can find them at a local store like the farmers market but if you cant find them just use a normal lime and use like a carrot grater to grate the lime skin and that is the zest i hope this was helpful
