Get some high quality paraffin wax candles and I'm guessing oil pastels and use the oil pastels to color the melted candle wax. You can use a round plastic container, but use a little oil to grease it up before adding the candle wax to the container. You don't have to make the trays out of parchment paper, you can probably use foil, or trays you have already (baking trays or other silicone molds). You melt the paraffin until just melted, then add it to the bits of oil pastels. If they're not oil pastels they're probably some kind of chalk pastel (artist grade). Good luck
