I love this show! Sam Claflin is just an amazing actor; love him in everything that he's done. And I think that he's amazing in this; I hear him saying how hard it was but he totally has the part perfectly, he's so believable as a 70's rock star and I grew up in the 60's and 70's, so it's a lot of fun to watch; brings back a lot of good memories. I lost a bit of sleep watching this last night but it was so worth it. I can't wait for more episodes! I was a youngster in the 70s but I remember it being such a carefree time. I had many older siblings who were musicians so this is a wonderful show for me to relive those days.

7:45 they needed a man who would be elegant while is stupid, a man who is handsome while it's not about that, and who would make us believe he truly had to learn what was love and suffer on the go... Being confident but not cocky all along - the success of the series was the right choice of this cast - for sure.

Great series seen it twice would watch it again for sure. Instant credit with Sound City accociation. For me it's the Suki Waterhouse show with Riley a close second. I have bought both the cd and lp of Aurora. Two Agaist Three is the most sublime gorgeous song for me. I was very impressed with the entire casting choices. Teddy Price is too cool. Camillas kindness and commitment to her marriage in the series was incredible.. Five solid stars from me.

Tom Wright who plays Teddy Price is the actor who has the gravitas. He's is the guy that grounds this whole show and makes it believable at all. Riley can sing, some of the originals are good, Suki is beautiful.

SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED YET... I loved this show. I love Riley. She was wonderful playing Daisy. I would love to see her in more roles. But unpopular opinion... I love Daisy, but I also think Daisy worked hard to steal Billy from Camilla. Daisy had a lot of unrequited love for Billy. And we celebrated Daisy stealing Billy from Camilla, but also felt bad for Camilla. And called Billy a jerk. While we didn't hold Daisy accountable for anything. Neither did the band. We thought Billy deserved it when Camilla went off with Eddie. But Billy didn't have an affair with Daisy. Yes, he started feeling torn after Daisy kept pursuing him. But he resisted it and remained loyal to Camilla. Billy was only a jerk at the beginning of their fame when he started drinking and drugging too much. But after he cleaned up he was good to the band and to Camilla. But I did love the ending.

💯 it broke my heart what billy went through, his demons wouldn't go even though he did all the right things.. I'm with you .. daisy wanted what she couldn't have and it made her crazy .. that said, you could tell from the chemistry billy wanted her too, but wanted his wife more.. I wish they would have shown Billy's happiness with his wife more to show that, that for me is the only thing this show missed.. but I say that to say this was one of the best shows I've ever seen. So there's that

UNPOPULAR OPINION: Why does everyone love Daisy? She went from "I'm not good enough" to full-on arrogant. I didn't find her charming, at all. From the very beginning she wanted Billy and because he didn't show interest, it made her really push her true, arrogant personality on him. "LOOK AT ME! LOOK AT ME!" I think she knew what she was doing the whole time. Is it at all possible that she's a narcissist and that is why when Billy gave in to everything wrong with him, she said "I WIN, but you can go back to her"??? When I watched the finale, I thought she redeemed herself. But looking back, I'm reminded that narcissists really have a way of manipulating people and in this case, even the viewers. THEN, did no one catch everything that Eddie said to Billy?! The guy was truly an asshole to him and it wasn't all in his head imo. If there's a season 2 because all of you want it, I hope it's the exact same show, but one that showcases Billy's actions that show he's as horrible as Daisy, proving that THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY COULD POSSIBLY BELONG TOGETHER. This was a homewrecker's fantasy where in her image she's amazing and she feels the love and attention she gets from the public (people who don't see her personality like the viewers are allowed to) confirms that she's amazing. In 10 years, maybe you will look at this like Titanic. Rose sucks and Daisy REALLY sucks. If this is what they were going for, Riley Keough did a great job. She's got you all under a Daisy Jones love spell.

💯 regardless of that I still love this show and watched it twice in a row.. and I was full well aware while watching.. almost the 2nd time like I'd see something different.. but then again this was a band.. and singers have big egos so we are told.. I wish they showed Billy's love for his wife more, but that I believe was the point. He had to fight his demons throughout. And there is no doubt a big part of him wanted daisy, but he loved his wife and family more.. albeit he couldn't show it enough for Camila to fully know that, and that is the sad part. If there is a big overarching lesson in this show.. show your mate how much you care about them every chance you can.. they deserve that much.. they should know where your heart is no matter the circumstance you are put into

I didn't find Billy and Daisy charming - wasn't aware I was supposed to, they felt real. They are rock musos and really damaged they were crap to themselves and each other. That's why it was great they didn't get them together - that would have ended up insanely. I enjoyed the story and I enjoyed the looking back process. Life doesn't go the way you want it or think it will go and I loved that aspect. I like that I didn't like the main characters. I loved Eddie, Karen and Camila - they were the way in for me.

I loved this show also but Riley keough & Sam Claflin are the stars and singers. So why are we seeing Sam with Camilla? She could never come close to playing Daisy Jones. Also, why does she keep putting her hands on Sam Claflin when they're being interviewed? Ana de Armas always did that to Chris Evans in 'Knives out' during their interview. It's annoying.
