Nice video, I watched this one prior to our first trip to Daisy, it really helped sell us on a "close enough" location. My wife and I have been to Daisy 3 times in the past 2 years. Great park! Campsites are very nice, except no sewer. Bathhouses are clean and have unlimited hot water. The Dump Station water is turned off during freezing temps. Not sure if you can get it turned on temporarily, yet. Flies are bad, but mosquitos not so much. We really enjoy Daisy for the solitude and campsite quality. Avoid Camp area A with a longer rig, short parking drives with a pretty steep slope outside your camp area. There isn't any place to get additional supplies nearby, bring everything you need if possible. It is a 30-minute drive to "restock"!

@mikeduke7148 Daisy State Park remains one of our favorite state parks even after visiting over 40 state parks! It's just a very charming state park! It may not have the best of amenities and location of every state park we've visited, but the amenities are nice and being nestled on the hilly shores of Lake Greeson more than make up for any shortcomings it may have! Thank you for your comments and for watching!!

This is a great video!! We love the state parks, and you did a great job with this one. We have bikes too and have used them at many of the places we have been (we filmed the trail at Tallulah Gorge SP) Awesome that this park has the water, which we love! Thanks for showing us this. ~ Brad and Diana

Thanks for the kind words and for watching Angela! Several people asked what kind of E-bikes we had in our last couple of videos because I like to film shots on the bike where gravity is in control so I suppose that it looks motorized but the uphills are all pedal power! LOL! This is a truly wonderful state park that we think you would love!

This was our version of a scooter tour! I think we might steal a page out of the old Dude RV handbook and do this at every campsite!! It will certainly help me produce a little more content!!! LOL!
@DudeRV4 жыл бұрын
@@SunsetSeekers Not only more content but burning some calories at the same time. I think the chest mount on the bicycle makes it hard to see the area, maybe a back pack mount would get the camera pointing straight ahead rather than down at the road.
@SunsetSeekers4 жыл бұрын
@@DudeRV I kind of like the vantage point of the chest mount although I think I will angle the camera a little higher next time.
