Park Service has been rehabbing these old cabins for a number of years now. Many of them are too far gone now.

I’m glad this place was preserved. It looks like a place I’d enjoy staying at. I remember seeing a linoleum rug at an old apartment my parents rented in the 60’s. Thanks for showing us around. Hope you’re having a nice Memorial Day, my friends. 👏😊🤗😎✌️

Sir, your breathing seems very labored. That usually means your heart is working harder than it should be unless you are doing strenuous work. My father's former, meaning deceased, wife would get out of breath like that just going up two steps. Her heart was in bad shape due to being overweight, poor diet and lack of exercise. She had a heart attack in her sleep. You might want to get checked out by your doctor.

I don't remember that many buildings when I went there. It has a haunting abandoned feel to the place. It must have been nice when it was active. Did they move more cabins in?

Why wouldn’t they try and want to sell or give away to people to wanted to renovate and move into them. It would help the homeless and those less fortunate.
