Thank you!! This bass is made by Status Graphite and has built in LEDs on the neck! This particular bass can change colours from green, blue and red! Status do make necks and I am sure they can modify a bass for you to have them!

what determines if you use a pick or your fingers?

A few things! Mainly tone, I try to use my fingers as much as possible as it’s really easy to get lazy with a pick. But some songs just need that sharp pick tone. Also if the original artist is using one I will see if I need to follow what tone and actions they are doing!
