When the round restarts the kill cooldown starts over again, so if someone says they have med-scan you can pretty easily and safely tell if they're lying or not (unless the kill cooldown is super short then that's dangerous); then you just run and call a meeting to vote 'em off if they are lying. I get that they kind of needed to vote someone off but that defense still stands, smh. Gotta protect mi Nogla's imposter~
