Some Riders bring money to the team some Riders don't get the deals. Some Riders are well related to the company for a long time. The dakar team w Is a complete different team to the factory

​@@goataahhIt's not just a "skill issue". अगर बात सिर्फ स्किल की ही होती तो क्या हीरो कुछ महीने या कुछ साल में किसी इंसान को ट्रेनिंग नहीं दे सकता था क्या? When it's about the race, lots of things are at stake and you can't waste a single penny और ईमानदारी से बताना कितने इंडियन को पता भी होगा कि #dakar नाम की कोई रैली भी होती होगी। It's not F1 की इसका लाइव टेलीकास्ट होता होगा और लोग देखते होंगे। क्योंकि होता भी नहीं है। Only enthusiast देखते होंगे और हीरो जानता है वो क्या कर रहा है।
