Couple of improvements I would do: -After opening the cooker lid add water may be one cup and let the dal come to a boil then add a tadka to it - For refrigerated lemon lets remove thinnest layer from the top and remove the seed Of course - And where is laccha pyaaz?? Hardly takes a minute to make. Btw yummmm dish❤
