Wheat flour- 2 cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Oil- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 cup (approx) or as required
Oil for frying

Turmeric- 1/2 tsp

Garlic-5-8 cloves
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Green chilli- 2 or to taste
Red Chilli- 2 or to taste
Cumin- 1 tsp
Black pepper- 1 tsp
Water- 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Onion- 1 big size (finely chopped)
Hing- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

I'm from northeast india ....mon town nagaland there use to be a Bihari hotel near our house they sell Dal puri roti with potato and malpua now it's close that uncle never came back again it's been 15 to 20 years maybe but still I miss that Dal puri if I get at chance to eat no mercy because we don't find street food here only momo n noodles
