Eat nutritious meals and drink sufficient water. This helps every skin type to shine. Do keep in mind this throughout the day. Celebs regularly discuss about drinking at least 7 glasses of water every day for healthy skin. It's a thing one can depend on. Maintain your face clean from dust and pollution. I understand it's not effortless, but one have to try. Clean the face with plain water first, then use some soft face wash two times a day, during your morning and night. Also, wash your facial skin with water whenever you go out in the sun. Use only soft face wash like litlextra riceberry face wash. Always wear sunscreen when one go outside. It's essential. I come home every day with a headache from my ELAR teacher. She’s always yelling at us. And when we’re reading she just starts yapping and then yells at the class for talking. I can’t even eat lunch anymore cause I have it after that class. She gives me such a headache I just lay my head down. And then I guy who sits next to me always makes fun of my acne, big forehead, and glasses. School is draining my social energy. And then after school I have practice for an hour and a half. But my bus alway takes 2 hours to take us home after school. So I don’t have time to go home and rest and do homework. I have to go straight to my after school sport that’s 30 minutes away. (Sorry I typed so much lol)

I can agree pretty well with this, when i start drinking soda and or eating bad foods, i start breaking out a little bit, face will start to get a little red and just in general start to look depleted of nutrients, but when I’m eating fruit and drinking hella water my skin tone and acne reduces a lot , just gotta be disciplined !

90% of it is genetics. My sister gets almost no sleep, drinks soda all day, eats so much junk food she weighs 350 at 5’4, can barely move, yet still has near perfect skin. Where as I am much more physically fit, and do many of these things yet still have acne covering my entire face

used to choke the chicken and i had horrible forehead acne my friends told me to stop so i did and after about 15-20 days i noticed big changes my skin was clearer and clean no acne and no pimples so this is a reminder for all teenage boys going through puberty dont beat ur meat 💀
