For me ,Dale Steyn and Dennis Lillee had the best late outswinger. Steyn would start on the stumps and hoop away for bowled,lbw and caught behinds..Lillee would start on the stumps and progressively drag the batsman wider and wider for a nick off to keeper or slips.
