Hey Daley, its been a hot minute since I have seen one of your vids and its great to be back. My personal favorite WWII battle is the Battle of Leyte Gulf because a small section of the US navy consisting of a handful of US light aircraft carriers and their destroyer escorts were able to fend off against the Japanese fleet of 2 battleships, including Yamato, 2 heavy cruisers, 1 light cruiser, and 9 destroyers.

I read this book a couple days ago, made my new favorite battle, it was about the nuclear bombing of Japan, it was about a journalist who’s father was dying, and his son wanted to give him a note from the driver of the plane who dropped it, it was such a good book, and def my favorite battle (kinda) now

I love the figs! My favorite battle of ww2 is the Battle of Raate Road. It was fought by Finland and the Soviet union during the Winter War. In it around 6000 Finns fought around 20000 Soviets, yet they won. The Finns captured a lot of Soviet supplies because they attacked a supply route.

My fav battle of WW2 is definetly the D day landing invasion on normandy cus like its so intresting on how they survived and what kind of stuff that are on the beach like barbed wires hedgehog tank traps crates and more! All beach invasions are intresting so to me it doesnt depend on wich location it is like Omaha Juno Sword Gold or Utah. Love saving private Ryan!!!

My favorite is one not many have heard of it is the battles of Attu and Kiska in the Allution islands. My grandpa fought in it and that might be one of the reasons why I like it. I don't know why I like it I just do it was super cool the only WWII battle fought on U.S. soil! It was where the Japanese tried to get one over on the U.S. by going to the Islands, then all the Japanese, DISAPPEARED! No one knows, even today, what happend.

Favorite has to be D-DAY. My great great grandfather served as an infantryman, forgot which division but I think he was in the army. I never actually met him it’s just what I was told. My great grandfather (his son in law) served as a military police postman. Basically just stood at a guard post all day.
