On the first SCP map, the people with camo pants and tactical gear are CI (Chaos Insurgency), they capture SCPs and use them for their own benefit, while they’re in the facility they’ll rescue CD’s (Class-Disposable). Class-D’s are criminals who have committed crimes and have been transferred to SCP sites, the way the SCP foundation transfers them is by telling the prison that they’re transferring them to another prison.

I dont think Class-D stands for anything, there are Class-A, B, D, C and E. A is for like Administrativ personal, Class-B, I think is like MTF, Security Personal, Science personal, etc, Class-D (already know) and Class-E is just for like any kind of personal that is zombies and etc and is to be destroyed

So the class d. Are disposable criminals that have either been framed by the foundation or actually committed crimes doesn't matter. Scp be just about anything Supernatural base or otherwise. You must be fighting against the GOC or the chaos Insurgency. I highly recommend SCP Illustrated or SCP infographic. But if you want some more complex stuff you got to hit the hardcore channels
