I don't think anyone world ever complain if Dallas milked this 1 title for all its worth compared to what the 08 Celtics or 85 Bears do. This title was other worldly epic.

I'm a Mavs fan and I'm a native of the Dallas/Ft Worth area and we have definitely milked this title run! I always wondered if we would have appreciated it the same if we would have won back in 06

​@@shakarussanders9911this one wouldnt have even been necessary had they won in 06 like they should have. Dirk was extremely clutch in that game 5 overtime to take the lead. All of it down the drain for a pair of Dwhistle FTs for the win 🤦‍♂️

@@shakarussanders9911 probably They wouldn't have won 67 games though, since there wouldnt be that championship loss fueling them to win as many games as possible. Being a lower seed like #2 or #3 would have helped them avoid golden state in the first round and they would have gotten bounced in the first by the other teams instead of getting Dallas dream matchup in the first round
