Not so fast. I like to believe that this is the year the cowboys win the bowl too. But, right now if you look at the Right guard position in training camp it is pretty bad to say the least. Josh Ball is terrible. Dak Prescott is going to be on the seat of his pants every time he drops back for a pass. The running backs are going to get killed behind the line of scrimmage. Josh Ball couldn't block an old retired defensive lineman from getting to the quarterback. Zack Martin knows this that's why he's still holding out because Dallas has no one to fill his shoes.

They #1 didn't always have a superbowl winning team. #2 they have winning records. #3 they don't turn the ball over. The defense looks primed and ready. I am concerned about both offensive tackle spots. Tyron Smith at left tackle is to injury prone and Steele at right tackle is doubtful to be ready come September. He looks more like November ready to me.

The defense was average at best in ‘16, no WR’s in ‘17 and most of ‘18, defense was bad in ‘19, historically bad in ‘20 , the last two years have been the best rosters on paper - and they won 12 games each of those years. Fans may not want to hear it but you aren’t going to win the superbowl ever year. Cowboys fans haven’t had to watch consistently bad QB play for a long time now and they take that for granted.
