Jada is a 5th year veteran. She is very deserving of the position. She is capable of the job if she wasn't Kelli and Judy wouldn't have given it to her Jada is a well respected member of the team. Lots of veterans and rookies look up to her as a role model, someone to emulate. Jada gets along well with everyone. No one ever said that Jada is Kashara or Maddie or Gina or Amy. Why would Jada want to be any of them? Jada wants to be Jada.
