Outstanding series, as an aussie it opened my and my wife's eyes to the professionalism and decency of both DCC and all the ladies involved. Very impressive and truly decent young ladies. I do have to concur with many posters here, jump splits may look good, but it is a safety risk. I've lived a lifetime carrying wounds and injuries from my young working days, and I could see the pattern repeating with some of the ladies in DCC. Please dont let them become broken.

These woman are really hard working. The DCC unfortunately has sold the idea, the community and sisterhood as a package that they should trade their valuable time for. The young ladies are paid fast food wages. I was surprised they made them drive to their first stadium meeting and is their relocation paid? No. This organization makes millions and they need to do better for these young women. I see and enjoyed their happiness but they forget they matter too. DCC financial gain is NOT right. Should we also tell the football players to be so altruistic? I dont like how this coach literally nit picks on their photos after all the performances. She showed little compassion in many instances, for example making them over exert in the heat. I think they are young & hopeful therefore subject to exploitation. I think the girls are wonderful and deserve so much more. Rooting for their success in all aspects, including being financially supported.

Victoria is a sweet heart and I hope one day she puts them on blast. However, considering she is a lovely person and lacks drama. I pray that she finds what works for her and be free from mean girls. Kelly’s house costs more than $15/hr 😂😅. Honestly, one of the very first things I did after watching this show was text the people who I knew who ended up not auditioning or not getting it and telling them that I think that their lives were spared going in the wrong direction. I cannot imagine it would be easy for most women to go through an experience like this and come out with a healthy mind, worldview, or confidence. The whole show was basically a glimpse at all of these women, being completely undervalued, scrutinized, worked ruthlessly, and judged harshly. The talent is amazing, but after watching the show, I lost a lot of respect for the organization and the people who lead it. I feel sorry for the women who strive so hard and give their talent to such a thankless industry.
