I got saved in 1982, came from playing country and country/rock fiddle and guitar. Also came from being an atheist for 10 years. When this song came out I 'bout flipped out. The guitar playing on this was so gutsy for its time, very Southern Rock influenced. I STILL get a thrill out of it, 30-some years later. Thanks for posting this!

I owned this album too. I bought it going into my freshman year in college. I sure miss playing it on the turntable. BTW it was a 1985 album. 1983 was the year he released the "Signal" album.

Without a doubt this is one of Dallas' best LP's he ever put out. I love this song and so many others such as "Live What You Say", "We Have Overcome" and "It's War". If someone can please upload these other songs from this LP it would be awesome.
