The Stars just sort of found this song on the computer when they moved from Minnesota to Dallas at Reunion Arena. They wanted a low-key song for when the opponents scored. This was it. No one knows who made it or where it came from.

This is a stepped down and slowed down version of the song. As a result of slowing it down, it’s one step lower on the musical scale than the original. You probably got this version from The Ticket where the Hardline would use it during trifecta talk. The Stars posted a story about the darkness music years and years ago on their website and included the whole song in the right key.

+Ez Invader No one knows the true original name the song or who created the song. It was dubbed 'Darkness Music' years back by a local radio station in Dallas after they were sent a copy of the song. There is an 2004 article online on the origins of the song being used at Stars games.
